Through a series of exercises, discussions and brainstorms our
Creativity and Innovation workshop will help you to provide
innovative solutions to problems, identify ways to get past your
blocks and move forward. When teams get stuck, it is often because
their creativity has run dry. This workshop will present you with
new challenges and look at ways to overcome them providing you
with techniques that you can use back at the office.
Our exercises are
designed to effect shifts in perception, help people break out of
traditional mind sets. We work with our clients to become
'creative businesses' by developing the creative potential of
their people, helping them to build a culture which inspires and
rewards original thought, allowing individuals to create new ideas
and learn how to improvise their way to new opportunities.
Activities include: drawing and sculpting, storytelling, framing
and reframing problems, designing solutions, overcoming
challenges.
